Now Printing Thousands

Our 25+ Machine Print Farm is Open for Volume Runs

We got some more printers... Again.

Over 25 BambuLab A1 3D printers now hum away in our print farm — a carefully tuned army dedicated to high-volume 3D printing of simple parts in PLA and PETG plastic. Whether it’s hundreds or thousands of components, we’re now geared up to pump them out fast — day and night.

Our new additional setup is perfect for:

  • Short-run manufacturing

  • Bridge production

  • Low-volume batches

  • Time-sensitive projects

Simple parts. Serious output.

What we’re doing here isn’t fiddly prototyping or one-off prints — it’s full-throttle batch production. The kind of stuff where you just need a reliable, repeatable part, fast, and in volume.

If it’s simple geometry and made from PLA or PETG, odds are we can get large numbers printing within hours — and shipping within days.

Even better, our machines are configured for continuous operation. That means:

  • Self-ejecting builds: parts are automatically pushed off the bed once printing is finished

  • Queue-based printing: each printer loads the next job from the queue with no downtime

  • Overnight autonomous runs: we set them up, walk away, and they keep printing until the queue’s empty

It’s a print farm that literally works while we sleep — giving you faster output, tighter timelines, and scalable quantities.

PLA vs PETG: What’s best for your part?

We keep it simple and practical — most of our high-volume jobs run in PLA or PETG, depending on what the part needs to do.

PLA (Polylactic Acid)

  • Fastest to print and most cost-effective

  • Great for simple, flat, non-load-bearing parts

  • Biodegradable* and dimensionally stable
Ideal for: brackets, enclosures, jigs, fit-checks, casting patterns

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-modified)

  • Better layer adhesion and impact resistance

  • Handles more heat and stress

  • Still quick, just a little more robust
Ideal for: working prototypes, light mechanical parts, anything outdoors or load-bearing

Want to print 500 alignment jigs? Or maybe 1,000 clip-in brackets? We’ll guide you to the right material — and get printing same-day in most cases.

Speed meets scale

Thanks to the sheer number of machines we’ve got online — and our ability to run jobs 24/7 — we’re offering something that’s hard to beat: truly fast, truly scalable 3D printing, right here in Auckland.

Use us when:

  • You need hundreds of identical parts without the long lead times of traditional manufacturing

  • You’re in between tooling and need bridge production to keep momentum

  • Your project’s deadline has moved... forward

  • You want to test the market with small-batch production

  • You’re building kits, rigs, or assemblies that need repeatable parts, in quantity

Let’s Print

To get started, all we need is your STL file, the quantity you’re after, and your preferred material. We’ll review it for printability, give you a quote, send samples if needed, and queue it straight into the print farm.

No setup fees. No waiting on tooling. Just rapid, repeatable production.

Hit us up — and let’s print your parts like it’s 2099!
